House question

Hello folks, are there any open areas in Tram/LS where one can set a small house and if so how much does it cost these days to get a basic deed? I have searched these forums high and low and have yet to find a current thread on basic house costs and areas to set them up ; without buying some one elses place.

Yes there are several small spots (well the last I looked there where). Get a house placement tool. They no longer use deeds. It will tell you what each house cost to make. You will also use it to actually place your house/plot. I used to know of a 12x14 +/- area in malas that was open. Let me know if I can be of any help.

What char are you in? There is a place infront of my house to place a nice size house. But its on Lake Superior

Yep I know of several places in tram on LS to place smaller sized homes.

You also get the house placement tool at the Carps I believe. It looks like a spyglass.

Thanks folks and to the OP ya I'm on LS; tune I'm on most is Oakson smith/miner, second most is Eestral adventurer/ swords (GM) Pally. Gettin there, mining is at 94 smithing 86 ... "phew" been at it lil less than 3 weeks workin these 2 Chars

Oh, not to worry, Maddux. The sound of those cannons going off (or NOT going off, if you aren't there) won't even allow pidgeons to roost. You're perfectly safe from neighbors. Besides--he said tram not fel.

I just dropped a decent size house on LS so that spot was open as of this am

Used your suggestions; found the house setting tool at the architect at the Carpenters in Brit and set a temp small tower south west of Minoc along the mountains. In the mean time I will build funds and keep my eyes open for a decent sized three story space hell I don't need a castle sides costs too much to design that much space he he eh? ;)
