75k to 150k for lrc med suits? WOW. That's incredibly high.

Most of the vendors I have seen are not even stocked. At least 50% of the luna vendors are empty.

Gonna need a hand finding affordable training supplies i think

Lake Austin is one of the more under populated shards, so take what you can get.

Baldguy, you can quite easily assemble an LRC suit free by litterpicking at Swoops, typically you can have a suit in less than an hour, more than that if you want all the pieces to match or to be medable.
