Hey all looking for a little advice for my new paladin that i started 4 days ago the skills im going for are:
Swords:120
Tactics:120
Parry:120
Anatomy:100
Chiv:100
Focus:40
Reisist:100
I'm now looking for a suit, i know 5mill is nothing these days but hopefully it will get me a half way decent suit can anyone advise me on what i should go for i got plenty of slayer weapons etc its just armour and jewlery.
Also how much are bird slayer totems going for?

Do you mean Bird Slayer Talisman? I didn't think "Bird Killer --%" was a property of them. A Bird Slayer Tali can cost up to 1 mil (not worth it IMO, Swoop is easy enough, why pay that much to make it easier?)

Only thing I can suggest for a suit would be make sure you get your hands on some Stormgrips (Tokuno Major, 1-2mil) and some jewelry with HCI/DCI/DEX/DI. Could try to get an Ancient Samurai Helm (7th Anni gift, 700k-1mil? guessing on price) for resists/DCI.

I was looking at a Samurai helm it looks real nice but i dont know what i should be targetting as in resists, stat bonuses all the resists and everything is all new to me. As a paladin should i be going for mana regen? Hit regen? resists?

Also i was going to buy a quiver of infinity does the bonuses work with sword weapons too? or only bows?

On the bird slayer talisman i thought you kind of had to have one to defeat swoop as everyone i see bar mages has one.

Yeah, Mana Regen, Lower Mana Cost, Stamina Increase, Hit Point Increase are nice to have from armor. If you're human then get all medable armor to get an extra Mana Regen 2 from the JOAT 20 Med. Since you are limited I'd only go after Mana Regen or Lower Mana Cost armor with high resists, you want all 70's across, but can get by with 60s+.

Regarding the Quiver: The Damage Increase I believe only works on bows but the DCI words all around, 5% is nice and if you have the extra money (I doubt it if you buy good armor).

No, I never used a Bird Slayer on Swoop with any character (Archer/Swords/Fencing/Mage) so it's not needed. It only helps you kill it in 5 seconds or less instead of 7-10 seconds.
