Who are they and what do they stand for?
<p>
The "Counsil of Sin" embraces the ideals of chaos and the anti-virtues, proposed by Lord Blackthorn as an opposition to the ideals of order and the virtues, proposed by Lord British. Their organization is comprised of the "Anti-Virtues" as seats to the Counsil. One could argue whether these ideals are evil, chaotic, or both.
<p>
The titles of these anti-virtues correspond to the names of the dungeons of Sosoria.
<p>
As of the conclusion of the second meeting of the "Counsil of Sin," the following seats have been filled:

<li> One for The Shadow, known as the "Voice of Sin."<br>

<li>One for Chaos - Lord Havok<br>
<p>
<u>& Eight for the Sins:</u>
<p>

<li>Pride - Lady Sindalish<br>
<li>Hythloth - Fignut the Elder<br>
<li>Deceit - Hunter<br>
<li>Shame - Malevalence<br>
<li>Coveteous - Kerrs Holly<br>
<li>Destard - Claggart<br>
<li>Wrong - (unfullfilled)<br>

Visitors and prospective members were seated on benches to the side while official members sat at the counsil table.
<p>
One of the first orders of business was the discussion of reparations for the death of the (evil) Gareth. Accusations were levied agains the people of Pax, that this was in fact murder of one of their members. Insomuch as the act was not against the beliefs of the counsil, it was however an assault on their pride.

Next the discussion turned to the "Mage Counsil." There had been assumptions by many, that the "Mage Counsil" in Moonglow embraces the Virtues as a credo and are opposed to this other counsil. Suppositions by members of the "Counsil of Sin," to that effect were put to rest during this second meeting by a visiting representative,that in fact, the "Mage Counsil" welcomes all, without respect to phylosopy of good, evil, order, or chaos.
<p>

There was also a meeting of minds between the representative of the "Mage Counsil" and the "Counsil of Sin," that the use of Blackrock along with the Armagedon spell should be restricted to individual use. This is a concern of both groups, for neither wish total anhialation of Sosaria, from such groups as the Followers of Armageddon, who might wish to toss our world back into the Void.

After a brief discussion about openning dialogue with the orcs, The Shadow finished with an announcement about the possibility of finding another one of the "Books of Sin."
<p>

To concluding the meeting, there was the induction to the seats of Destard, Despise, and Hythloth, filling nine of the tens counsil seats.
<p>

This counsil is obviously not in the interest of peace, or harmony, so it should not be taken lightly that they are becoming very organized, even in the shadows of chaos.
<p>
