I'm selling one of my very special houses! No, it's not the Red Wolf Cafe, and no, I'm not quitting UO and no, you can't have my stuff(had to throw that in for good measure).

This house is special because it was GM-placed on an island by itself in Malas some years back where no other houses are as part of a contest. Currently, there are two small towers on the island, both are unclaimed prizes from a later contest but the GM's have forgotten to delete them(GM Halona placed one of them, not sure about the other). I have used this house for community events in the past such as a Halloween maze, an auction house and games of Storm the Castle, if anyone remembers those events.

Given the wide open spaces around it, it's perfect for those sorts of things, but would also make an excellent mall or even a remote 18x18 home for those who like privacy or seclusion. There is no spawn apart from the occasional skittering hopper or bat.





The house is south of Luna a ways and I need to sell it by the end of the week. I have put up a bulletin board and will sell it simple auction style - highest GOLD bidder gets it. Again, Gold only please, not RL cash, not items - just Gold. I'm dropping runes around every so often at banks and moongates.

Bids MUST be posted on the bulletin board there so all can see. If the highest bidder at the end of the week renges, the next highest bidder gets it, and so on. Please do not PM me bids, they have to go on the bulletin board. However, I'm happy to answer questions either here or there. I'm a bit hesitant to share my ICQ with anyone but the highest bidder, plus you never know what trojan or virus is going around even with safeguards in place. I know this may not seem like the most welcoming way to speak regarding the house, but I'm rather leary of less scrupulous people and hope any potential buyer can appreciate such safety steps.

Today(Friday) is the last chance to make a bid on this uniquely located 18x18. High bid is 10m, but if I don't hear back from them with an ICQ number, the next highest confirmed bid is 4m.

Come on everyone, you already play UO in the nude, now you can do it in-game with complete privacy too!
