This castle is located in the absolute BEST location in all of Britannia for a Castle. It's the closest Castle to any towns, it has a huge frontyard, and there's a big and populated road south, and there's practically no spawn whatsoever nearby. To be a bit more specific, this Castle is located northwest of Vesper Bank, and east of Minoc, on the Trammel Facet. Directions are extremely simple to reach it, you head out of town north of Vesper through the bridge by the bank, and follow the road west for 3 seconds and you're home. If you leave from Minoc, it's equally as simple: leave town through the east bridge, follow the road for 5 seconds, and again, Voila. There is huge open space all in front of the castle, and a bit to the sides as well.

Can someone give me an idea what a castle is worth nowadays so I can make an offer!?! To be honest I don't want it for myself. If I would get it, it would be an early birthday present for my husband.

Trammel castles usually go for a pretty penny. I know quite a few people who have spent 100-130 mill on one in Felucca. I'm sure Trammel's a bit pricier though. Hope this helped :[
