Besides luna were can one find bulk regs, both mage and necro?

I said besides Luna but to be honest I have yet to ind a vendor anywere that has necro regs

To be honest, what I do is go to the reg shops in Fel. There are usually one or two shops, (they change around,) which will be be selling regs at lower prices. I'll spend an entire evening jumping back and forth, building up the reg count on the NPC vendors. While waiting for the next spawn, I will either scribe or transport some NPCs for extra gold.

So many people ask me why I don't get LRC armor, but the fact is that I have to use regs for scribing anyway. After a good night of buying several hundred thousand gp of regs, I'm good for several months. It has been about 6 months since my last "Reg Run," and that is worth the one night of milking the system at discount prices.

My vendor actually has bulk regs on them, not sure if they're cheaper then fel. vendors but I sell them for 2 gold each regardless of what it is, necro and mage both. Last time I checked I had about 10k of each kind on them. Its north of yew, at 105 29n, 1 3e or send me a message and I'll gate you out there.

Go to UMBRA (you know, the Necromancer city) to get Necro regs!

There is a vendor I have used frequently that is east of the Britain moongate along the road, just a little north.
