I was only gone 5 hours today!!

I have seen the little books all over Catskills asking Cherokee to pay back Snake (I didn't know which Snake).

Since I am mod of the Catskills forum I guess it will be my job to baby-sit this thread.
Snake is free to come post his side of the story if he wants to, but there wont be any name calling.
I know both parties so I wont take sides nor give my opinion either way. But like was said if it gets out of hand or if I simply get tired of babysitting the thread will be locked and/or deleted.

that was kind of what i was thinking flutter (about the 'both sides' of story thing). hard to take one side at face value. i never make my opinions until i've heard both sides to any story.

Just a quick note here, since there is some concern over this thread.

These threads are allowed at UOF. We have always let everyone tell their side of the story, and allowed the other parties to come and tell their own side if need be.

We do have a rule about Personal Attacks. This thread HAS NOT crossed that line. A personal attack is a threat, direct name calling, etc. The moderator of this forum is not biased to any users.

As stated by another Admin already, this thread is allowed. It will not be locked unless someone goes overboard here. We believe that if a player feels they or a friend has been wronged, their story should be heard in a mature, reasonable way.

I appericate that the post was not removed. I am not hear to get into a pissing contest with Devin. I came here to post the facts of Snakes and I's conversation earlier. I wanted the fact that he had been payed by cherokee and that she didnt scam him out of anything. I dont care when he got payed its the fact he was and she was saying he wasnt and is still carrying this on.

I dont have access to anyones history about this issue except mine and my side. so if she or others have history that is all fine and good. I just wanted it known he was payed.

I dont think that will happen. The fued between the former MAC and UOA has gone on way too long and ran too personal. I would just rather not have anything to do with any of them and i am sure the feeling is the same on there side. I just want all the S%^T to stop. Lets just go our ways and leave it be.

As you stated you are just a friend helping a friend and that is exactly what isabelle and I are doing here, Cherokee has been our friend for many years now and know her better then anyone else in this game, she is far from a scammer, I personally think Snake should of been more of a man and approached Cherokee himself instead of starting all this drama, that is my personal opinion. I don't think the auction guild itself had anything to do with this and there for should not of been brought up. As stated in Devin's profile she goes on to accuse us of shill bidding when infact is there proof of this? No because we don't!
Anyways, I don't see this ending anytime soon so keep on with the flamming as many have stated to us they don't distrust us like some people who have a tad bit of jealousy? We will be awaiting that history, love to see what Snakes side of the story is, but some reason I dont think he will post.. but we will see!

As you may all know this is Cherokee from Catskills...I'm not going to get on here and say all the she said he said crap...I'm not going to slam this one or that one...For all that know me know i'm not a scammer nor am i a thief. I give more in this game than I ask for in return... But to let you all know yes i did owe Snake 5 mill. And with all I have going on in game and here in my real life my mind got away from me. When he was trying to get in touch with me about it to remind me of the loan I was having net problems. That is no excuse I do know for taking so long to pay him back and for my bad lack of memory I did tell him how sorry I was. But he had so many other ways of getting in touch with me. other than over the pc. Just to let you all know Snake was payed in full and it was not over X-Mas eve like Mrs. Devin thinks.
I was not even home to pay the man back then...Just so all the readers here know Snake was payed back last week(like on Monday or Tuesday). As far as the 15 mill I'm not sure where that amount came from....I really dont care what Devin says or what she thinks about me. She started all this crap at yew by bringing out the cherokee she made and started running me and UOA in the ground. So i thought it would be best to send out a mass Message to let all those that bring items to our auction house to please icq me or Diamond and we could meet with them to get items..I would hate to see them turn there items in to the wrong person. I never wrote anything bad about Devin in my profile i never slammed her. (well ok yes i did at yew when she starting saying alot of crap i did say a few bad things to her then) and yes i did say a few words to her on icq!!! BUT since then i have not said anything. I have let her say what she wants write in her profile (calling me a !!!!) and write in those books....Just for all to see who can be the bigger person here... cause the long and short of it!!!!!
