For this week's Friday Hunt Nite, we have quite a challenge in front of us but I KNOW we can succeed. While I know many of us will be fighting the invasion at every opportunity during the week, on Friday nite, we are going to make a PUSH to clean out as many areas as we can and rid the shard of the Ophidian invaders. The plan is as follows:

We will meet at Yew Gate Tram around 8:00 p.m. Eastern.

The first order of business will be to clear all gates (both Tram and Fel). Naturally, we will be starting with Yew gate, Tram. LOL

I will place two sets of bandages, one red and one white. If you have NO desire to set foot in Fel, please gather behind the white bandages. Your group will take the responsibility of scouting all Tram gates and clearing them while the rest will work on clearing the Fel gates. I'm making one exception to the gate clearing strategy. We will NOT be going to Yew Gate, Fel. The reason for this is, this is a declared war zone for pvp. I'm making a HUGE assumption here that there are enough pvp'ers to take care of Yew gate and I don't think they would welcome our interference. I could be wrong on that and I'm certainly willing to listen if someone disagrees with me.

Once all gates are cleared, we will head to whatever city in Tram is still under attack. If Vesper is still under siege, we will head there and try to finish mopping up. We can then use the tunnels under the cemetary to head to Papua and push back the invasion.

IF we are fortunate enough to clear Papua, we will send a scouting group to Terra Keep to see if the invaders have established a foot hold there. If they have, we will proceed to fight at Terra Keep. If they have not, Skara Fel will be our next battle front. We will make an attempt to clear out Skara Fel and see what sort of success we have. Again, this part is dependant on our success at Papua and the lateness of the hour.

One request I have based on last week's fight, about the red cloaks. I'm still asking that anyone who can heal/rez wear a red cloak to distinguish themselves as a haven for fallen fighters. However, I'm also going to ask that if you are NOT able to rez, please do NOT wear a cloak. The reason is, I realized, when you see everything in grey, you can't distinguish between red cloaks and not red cloaks! LOL I found this out first hand. DUH *grins*

CAUTION: If we wind up going to Fel to clear the towns, there are a couple of things you need to consider. Please do NOT bring any area effect weapons or use area effect spells. If you do, you WILL hit anyone not allied with you and you will go grey. If you go grey, you will be attacked by ev's, etc. If you accidentally go grey, please get somewhere and invis as fast as possible. If you are grey and you go down, we will get you back up as fast as possible but please be aware that we may have to wait for you to turn blue again. Anyone who rezzes a grey or red, turns grey and the whole cycle starts over again. We will get you on your feet and restocked as fast as possible. Please just try to be aware of these things and don't get upset if it happens. We'll watch out for each other like we always do but it would be a VERY bad thing if the whole hunt group wound up grey! LOL

Finally, if we do go to Fel, please keep in mind that it is Fel with all the risks associated. Please don't bring anything that is not insured or that you cannot afford to loose. Also, please, please remember, there is no shame in withdrawing from battle to fight another day. No one is going to be forced to go to Fel OR to stay in Fel if things go badly and NO ONE will think any less of anyone who chooses not to go/stay. We are going to choose to believe however, that if we go to help clear the invasion, we will be working together as we always do and that we will emerge victorious in the end.
