We are going to sort of combine a gold farming/dugeon crawl/naked dungeon run event!

Here's the plan:

We meet at Yew Gate as usual between 8:00 and 8:30. Forming parties is strictly up to each person/group. If you want to run solo, that's great. If you have a group you want to party with, that's great. If you want to party up and no one will party with you, see me. LOL

We will then go visit Terathan Keep (Trammel side). We will gate over to the general area and then fight our way in. We will spend approximately an hour to an hour and a half testing out wits against any arachnid that DARES to show it's face.

Our ultimate goal however is to fight our way to the end of Terathan Keep (I'll post the exact location to meet inside a bit later). Once we have established our stronghold, Lord Jay and the Knights of MoA will provide a safe guard while we set up for the next part of our assualt.

While our trusty guard watches out for us, I will open a gate to Skara Brae. You will have FIVE MINUTES to run thru the gate, stable your pets, drop your armor, deposit your gold and get back (I will open another gate back into the dungeon at the end of five minutes).

Upon arriving back, everyone will STRIP. That's right, no clothes, no armor, no weapons, no jewelry! The goal then will be to make it back to our starting point alive and BUCK NAKED. First person to make it back alive will receive a beautiful commemorative box crafted and engraved by that master craftswoman Southern Lady.

Now, a couple of rules to make it fair and fun for everyone:

1. No stealthing
2. No ethereal voyage
3. Healing is allowed via bandages, pots, spells (but remember NO jewelry that boosts your healing times).
4. As stated, NO clothing, armor, weapons, spell books or jewels are allowed.
EDIT #5 (Almost forgot) NO rezzing, self rezzing, gift of life. Once you are dead, you are dead. That's why the gate is being provided before hand so you can drop anything you don't want to lose/pay insurance on.

The point will be to see who is really the Catskills Legendary Runner that we all claim to be!

Isn't that location, a little close to the stairs down? Or is that some other location?

There are places in the back, near the entrance to the Star Room, that might be a bit more applicable. There might be nominal spawn to care for, but at least make the "run" out, a tad more fun?

Just an observation is all. You will have my folks present to support you, however you see fit. They will do their jobs to the utmost of their abilities or face my wraith.

Sir I have ultimate faith in you and your Knights. I have watched in awe as you fought as a well oiled machine.

As for the location, I will go back in tonite and scout a little further to see if there might be a better location that would make things a bit more interesting. I have to admit, I was in a bit of a hurry last nite to get out and watch Lost. hehe

Just a reminder to everyone that in addition to gettting OUT of the building, you will have to pass thru the Ophidian Passage and back to the starting point of the evening's festivities. :grin:

Alright, here's the final list of instructions and rules for tonite's Naked Dungeon Run and Hunt.

We will gate in at 8:30 p.m. EST. The point we gate in to will be the Finish Line for the Naked Dungeon Run Race.

We will fight our way in to Terra Keep. The goal is the brazier area inside. Once the entire group reaches this spot everyone will be gated to Skara and have 5 minutes to prepare for the Naked Run part of the event.

The following are NOT allowed:

Armor, Weapons, Jewelry, Wands, Spell Books, Clothing of any type (undies only people)

No Confusion Blast, Invisibility Pots, etc.

Peacemaking, Stealthing, Etheral Voyage, Honor Virtue

No mounts of any type (this includes ethies, chargers, horses, llamas)

No Pets. All pets must be stabled prior to the start of the run.

Self Rezzing, Gift of Life, Rezzing before reaching the finish line

"Buffs" of any type other than nite site. This includes Bless, Protection, Strength Potions, Gift of Renewal, etc.

What IS allowed:

Heal/Cure Potions

Bandaids

Regs for healing

Nite Site Potions

The only thing you are allowed to equip is either a torch or a candle. All ghosts will be rezzed at the finish line. Might need to get a Paladin rezzed first. LOL
