![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Ah well.... Not really a rant, at least I don't think so. Not much of a crafter, never was. So far the nominal quests I've seen aren't worth the time and effort for fighting types. Sure, the deeper dungeon one's require a group, which I'm alright with. But getting folks who play when I do to attempt them is far and inbetween. And until all the "newness" wears off, I'll just continue to lurk. Sure crafters got a good run now, but I've never had the stomach for resource gathering, as mentioned in previous thread, gave up mining when colored ore came in. Cheers,

F'Nor, one side benefit for the Hunt Nites (I hope) is to give people who wouldn't otherwise have the chance, a shot at gathering the new ingredients. One of the things we did Saturday at Melisande was, when she got down to about 1/3 health, we dropped the party. NOW, you still have to damage her to get looting rights (keep throwing out ev's if you're a mage and you'll get rights). But everyone who gets rights gets an instanced corpse so it's at least a chance. This seems to work on most of the peerless and most seemed pleased with what they got on Saturday. So, please, come join us for any you can make. As you may have read, we are now doing them on Friday AND Saturday, when possible, to give people more of a shot of attending. As long as people keep coming, we'll keep doing them at every opportunity. ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Ah well.... Thanks Anne. I am usually there, but not as the White Mage. I'm usually the mismatched Paladin on the big dog (aka Swampie) with the MoA Tag. The Mage, F'Nor, is a Mystic-Mage, and there always seems to be enough "healer" types around, so go for the fire power. I've enjoyed the Hunts since I started going along. I think I've only "run off" once during it all, but then two golden dragons seemed a bit much for poor little paladin on a doggie. I will continue to participate as long as your doing them. ![]() Just watch for that silly, mismatched, doggie riding paladin to wade into the fray, or bring the fallen to their feet. Cheers,
