This is an 8x8 house one screen down from the Yew moongate (Trammel). This area gets a ton of foot traffic and there are several popular vendor shops surrounding the moongate. I think this one is 12x9 (it's so hard to count the squares!) with 1518 max storage - 2 stories plus a roof (customizable and properly placed). It is on the Isle of Fire (Trammel), a short run east of the Daemon Temple (on the other side of the mountains) and a short run south of the Hythloth dungeon. It is in the jungle one screen away from the ocean shore. There is very little spawn here (the occasional giant serpent). It's a very private location with practically no foot traffic. 157.52N, 133.19W
