But other then that I will need:

- several rune books and spell books, rune books to all specialty shops (mage,blacksmith, etc..), dungeons, tram/fel, mining, and anything else you can think of.

Anyone willing to help or lend some knowledge on how to obtain these?

Johnny, an idea for the runebook issue, most shards have REALLY good rune libraries. On Catskills, we have several. My main character winds up carrying around a TON of rune books and almost never has the rune she needs anyway. I've just started with my new characters, making sure I have a rune to a couple libraries. MUCH less stress. And once you get familiar with the layout, you can get around almost as fast as if you had the runes in your pack in books. Sometimes even fast.

I'd check the area around Luna. That seems to be the most popular area from what I've seen for rune libraries as the gate is right in town and there is lots of housing.

if you go east out of luna bank pass the first two vendor house (to the north and south) keep going straight another screen and theres two more. That house to you characters left with all the vendors with counters in front of them has a rune on the corner of the steps to goodmans rune library if you havent found a library already.
