[News] Seeking Atlantic Establishments...

Greetings fellow explorer of Sosaria,
As I wander through Sosaria, I find myself wondering where the current Atlantic establishments are found. I remember the days of the Hungry Halfling in Rivendell, and I still from time to time frequent Hanse's Hostel, but I know that there must be more out there. Do you know of an establishment, be it a tavern, an auction house, or something completely different? If you know of a place that you think deserves to be spotlighted, please drop me a line! I look forward to visiting new places!

Imagine my surprise when I came to Stratics to announce my new establishment & found this little article! Wow! What timing! I think it's a sign! & what would that sign be??

A freshly painted sign, swinging from a newly opened pub that reads, The Grimey Spoon, of course! Just a short jog North from Brit's Crossroads on the West side of the road you will find a new pub (& reading library) waiting for you!

& not just waiting for you to come in & throw back a couple with your fellow guildmates after bashing the Dreadhorn (though everyone is sure welcome to do that!) but waiting for you to tie on an apron! You heard me right, this little pub is open 7 days a week from 5pm to (at least) 8pm CST & it's run by a different guild each night! So you never know what's going to be happening at The Grimey Spoon!

So that means we need your help! We are looking for guilds who want to come in & pass out, the ale of course! It's not much of a commitment really, just one night a week or every other week, two or more of your friends or guildmates come in & run our little tavern! You can use this time with your guildmates to host silly drunken games, relax & chit chat, recruit or whatever else you can think of.

The best part about the pub is that it is run by the entire community! So the patrons never know what they are going to get & the tavern is always overflowing, just like the frothy mugs we serve!

So please stop in & check us out in the next few days! & if you are interested in running The Grimey Spoon please contact me through ICQ 27-266-875! Thanks so much & I look forward to pushing a pitch of ale at you!
