Lockpicking houses are obsolete now.
With the new system you don't need millions of targets in order to gain.
They changed the RNG around so that all you have to do is use the skill and you should gain every so often.
At higher levels folks have resorted to getting discorded by satyrs to get those last few gains.

it might still be there but I am not positive like flutter said if they matter anymore but if u want a rune there let me know

Yup, as Flutter stated, no need for massive amounts. I went to GM in about 5-6 days off of 20 non-gm tinkered boxes (0-around 50 or 55) then 20 gm-tinkered boxes the rest of the way (discorded from 95.4 to GM very VERY painful if you attempt to dungeon hop)

GM in 5-6 days kinda find that hard to believe bro took years for me to get to GM if they made it that easy then they turned a once respectable profession to crapola just like adv tokens did to taming. Tis a sad day indeed to hear news like this though i still don't really believe it. heh.
