Shard Location on the shard Which facet Any spawns nearby? Near any busy towns? etc |

good luck finding a place to place a house , to buy it really depends on size ,as well as other things . if u do find a place to set it is much cheaper but not sure of prices exactly so long since i placed a house. as for buyin a ave. size home by mountain probly 2-3mill in fel expect to pay more for a mountain side house. probly upto or more than twice as much for same size home , because of double ore in fel .
