A Great tribute to Goodman!

I attended the memorial for Goodman last night. The place was packed and it was very touching that so many people showed up to pay their respects. I had to leave before it was over but when I left the place there were so many people that it took awhile to even move to get out of there.
There were a few jerks but other wise it was good. A couple of gm's showed up to moderate, to take care of the jerks.
He was a great asset to Atlantic. I know when I was new to the game his library and vendor shop was a place I visited several times a day. And on occasion I talked to him and he was always very helpful. He was a very generous man who strived to help people out.
People like that are rare and he will be missed.
My heart goes out to his family and friends. May God be with them and give them peace in their time of sorrow.

I'm sorry I missed this last night. I didn't have have a chance to get on till around 8pm PST. I think I might have gone to the wrong house too.

Did u go to the old vendor house in luna? If u did there is a rune on the porch there to the new house.
They were asking people to make donations, by buying items for different prices from 25k to 250k, to the vendor there for the red cross hurricane releif fund. Goodman would have wanted that and I can beleive that as he was a man who cared about people

aye it was and beleive it or not , it was mostly a respectful group . when last time u saw chat free screen with that many people there.

I hate to be the one to ask this, but seeing as how I am taking a break from playing UO, what happen to Goodman?

the original goodman passed away r/l . there are some trying to get him a permenate memorial , but as of now osi says no . and are few on atlantic who dont know or at least used a rune made by this man . a original or a copied rune probly 90% of all libaries on Atlantic came from goodmans .
