I didnt have one but still checking around. I know someone I know is bound to have one. If not does anyone know which npc I would talk to try to get it?

I know it comes from the grape tenderererer guy and whichever guy does the empty bottle quest, but as I have done these quests over and over since ml came out and still not gotten one, I say its time to go about it in a different way lol. but thanks for looking
