hey guys and gals mabey someone can help me im a paladin been playing 2 weeks and i noticed my skill points are all over the place i noticed that my medition is 80 my focus is 93 those are my highest what are the best skills to learn my swordmenship is also arond 80 and various numbers acrooss the board..please help

I would suggest that you decide which skills you actually "want". Then lock or move to go down all the rest .

As to what skills you should have. What do you plan on doing PvM, PvP or some of both? Makes a world of difference on what will be recommended.

It goes without saying get your swords as high as you can afford. 120 is a goal to shoot for. 110 maybe easier to afford to start with .

Focus and mediation are the two easist skill to raise, just use up mana and those two skills go up. If you don't want them just point the arrow down or lock them.

To help out better with skills is this char pvm or pvp?

A basic Paladin template should have:

100 Weapon (swords, macing, fencing, your choice)
100 tactics
100 anatomy
100 healing
100 chivalry
100 parry
100 magic resist
---------------
700 skill points.

You can play with these and adjust them a bit, but this template is extremely powerful in PvM. For stats with this template, I would suggest:

100 DEX
85 STR
40 INT
--------
225 total stats. You can buy Stat Power Scrolls that will take you to 250, and you will get an extra +5 after playing 6 months. With any stat scroll, raise DEX and STR first, and INT last.

right now this character is pvm also do i need the healing skill and i also do alot of hand to hand combat when i play ...adn so far thank you all ..also my stats are 116 strenght 80 intelligence and 50 dex is that lopsided also

i can't tell you how much i am enjoying it i got this games as a gift and i am so addicated also i like to thank all of you again for the help i will keep you updated on my progress ...brings back memories when i was younger playing ultima for the c-64

I'd swap the numbers on your DEX and STR, dex is more important to a warrior than strength is. INT is good enough at 50, you can keep it there for now.

For a pure paladin, the Healing skill is extremely helpful. It gives you a second and much safer method of resurrecting other players, and lets you use your mana for offensive spells instead of healing spells.
