1>Does tactics help you hit a monster or person more or is it only for damage? My mage uses a UBWS wep and he has 120 archery (yes i said the A work...lol...) and keeps wiffing a lot against monsters i mean like hitting every 8-10 swings even w/ 28 total HCI...

2> Is it worth the extra second or 2 you get for evade for my bushido warrior from GM tactics? I would have to drop my 80 poisoning to do so...I am sad....

Tactics is a damage modifier only. and the UBWS weapon your mage is useing probubly doesn't help you much as archery does not count towards the melee for the UBWS property. The only reason you can hit your target is cause of your HCI, depending on your target and a few other things.

•As for the evade, this is one I can not say for sure. Would think though, if you have the mana to keep casting Evade, dont worry about hitting GM tactics and anatomy.

She's right about tactics and the archery. UBWS only works for melee combat skills, hence why no UBWS bows exist, or if they do, they don't work well

With the bushido, you have to take into account many factors. Not only will it impair the length, but it also impairs your chance to evade as well. The chance to evade is significantly lower. Also, if you don't have atleast 80 dex, you get a penalty on parry, which also results in even lower chance of evade. Needless to say, I vamped my warrior to accomodate the new requirements, and it's working alright so far. I had to give up resist though, and I've noticed if and when I do get hit by spells, they hurt. Even with straight 70's across the board.

I am currently running 80 tactics and I seem to evade pretty well so far but have not really had a real mana dump on me yet. Currently running 110 bushido and 120 parry and 100 ant because i refuse to drop poisoning and my dang account is new. Oh well only 3 more years for 720 lol. Oh yes and thanks for the info on UBWS and melee combat skills. Damn now i have to train a wep on my mage and drop archery for a bit. THX again!!! If any suggestions for Bushido warrior template please post w/ keeping of 80 poisoning plz.

I have a bush/ninjitsu/chiv/nox warrior that works pretty well

100 chiv(can lower if you want to 80)

100 resist
80 tactics
you can substitute ninjitsu for parry if you want.
you wont have bandage heals, but you can heal with chiv/confidence and it works decently
