Is there any tricks/method to gain peacemaking quickly?

Not really. I got to about 88 just progressively doing it for a couple months, then just wear jewels to get me to 110 from there. Even then you still fail at it quite a bit, or atleast I do.

If you have UOAssist:

Buy 20 drums.
place them in your pack so you can dbl click each one.

Record Macro

Use Item - Dbl click first drum
Use Skill - Peace
Target - Self
Pause - 10000 (computer/connection dependant, play with the # until you find one that's just right)
Use Item - Dbl click second drum
Use Skill - Peace
Target - Self
Pause - #####
Etc.
Etc.
Until you've used every drum.

Play Macro, and run around (re-playing macro when appropriate). Go shopping, see new places. Annoy people at auctions by continously beating on your drums.

When your drums run out (I'd suggest once the first one runs out) throw away any that still have a few uses (most usually have around the same amount of uses give or take 80) go buy 20 more (or however many you did the first time) and edit your macro.

You do not have to make a new one, just use the old one, right click on each "Use Item" and target a new drum.

Does using multiple instruments allow you to skip the timer between skills? If it does I will have to do that. If it doesn't then why use multiple drums?

My Peacer is at 7o'ish. I run my peace self macro all the time while playing. But he doesn't get played often enough.

Sometimes, for the customer its better to lower volume then to remove the amount of gold that Dip and I bring to an auction. We once outbid and bought everything in an auction house to show off. So many ppl cried and whinned, it was quite hilarious.

Training peace moves very quickly. I have to lock down music so peace can gain. Discord seems to be taking the longest.

I usually just peacemaked myself or my pets, mounts whatever hehe. Even wandering healers when I accidently click on them instead of the hostile NPC >_<

Ooops, let me edit that, I forgot about the waiting part. And no, using different instruments does not let you bypass the wait time, I just suggest it so you don't have to

A. Run out a single instrument quickly
B. Have to hit your macro button after every use (if you make it a single use macro)
C. Have to fill your pack with a new instrument after one breaks.
