Re: paladin

Skills will depend on what you want to do and which skills trip your trigger. Here is a good place to start. Guess I should state. To be a paladin you "have" to have chivalry.

How long to build a house? Dirt plot takes just a few seconds. Now designing and decorating one can take as long as you want .

Spells fizzle because your skill is not high enough to cast them at 100% success. As your skill goes up your failures will go down.

Re: paladin

Stand on the dirt plot, click on the house sign, go to the customising tab, then customise house. This goes into house design mode. You can now design your house. On the left is the different item types, click on one, in the middle section there is a picture of different things, scroll through these. When you select a specific item there are sometimes multiple selections within that. On the right hand side you see a section where you can change which floor you standing on. Your best just playing around with it to start with. It depends whether you want a fancy house or not. I'm deff gonna post my house later on the house board. Have a look at it, I'm selling it in the next PAS auction on sonoma. With reguards to Chivalry, go to the Skills section and look it up, I don't wanna fill the boards up by reposting.

Re: paladin

To customize your house, you doubleclick your house sign, which will take you to the house ownership menu. Be aware that customising a house requires money, a certain amount is charged for each tile placed. The money doesn't come out of your bank account until you "commit" the design, however. You can design to your heart's content and even save the design without actually committing it.

To raise Chivalry, you cast the Chivalry spells. Since the spells require tithing points (cash donated at a shrine) to cast, if you wish to train Chivalry up in a hurry you would need to acquire a 100% Lesser Reagent Cost armor suit, which would allow you to cast spells without using tithing points. An easy way to acquire such a suit is at the Twisted Weald, litterpicking the Swoops corpses there. If you ask the Swoops hunters what you need, it's very possible that they will help you out and get you equipped.

To go to Twisted Weald you have to accept a quest in Heartwood first. Heartwood is the city of the Elves, and is near Yew. From the Yew moongate go directly SW (left) until you find a Yew tree with buildings near it, including the Healer's hut. Inside the circle of buildings is an energy field leading to Heartwood. In Heartwood, find NPC Calendor (to the right of the archery area) and accept the Dreadhorn quest from her (no, you don't have to complete that quest, but you need to have it active for access to Twisted Weald). Then leave the way you came and find your way back to the moongate.

Take the moongate to the Ilshenar Spirituality shrine, exit and follow the wall to the left until you find an ivy-covered cave. Enter the cave and follow the right wall to an energy field which will take you into Twisted Weald. The Swoops can be found on the far side of the grassy area.

Once you have a 100% LRC suit, just start casting your Chivalry spells. If you are around 30 skill level, cast Consecrate Weapon and Divine Fury, then move up to Enemy of One, then Dispel Evil, then Holy Light, and finally Noble Sacrifice.

Bonus: If you can find a group of people at either the Britain or Luna Bank, ask for a gate to the Blackrock area, where you can get gains of .2-.5 instead of .1 gains. But hurry, because today (1/12) could well be the last day to get such gains!

Good luck!
