Hello my fellow Sosarians,

I'm just here to let you all know that since we are going weekly with the auction now that we have made some updates to the rules. First the General rules have been updated and are list below:

1. No Spamming or casting during auctions/bidding. This spams the auctioneer's journal which is used for watching bids.

2. Please try to be appropriate while at the auction house. Use the proper language and behavior as if you were at a real life event were respectful manors were expected. No Foul or Offensive language please.

3. Treat your fellow patrons {bidders or non-bidders} respectfully and do not make comments about the price of items. If you don't want to buy something then don't, we honestly do not need your opinions on weather or not an items is over priced in your opinion. Let the "No Sale" being said by the auctioneer be the judge of that please.

4. No Pets on the roof, there are stalls on the first floor, or please stable your pets before arriving to the auction. (Only exception to this, is if a person needs a packie to accept a submission to heavy for them to carry. But in most cases a packie will be provided).

5. Items are to be picked up dirrectly after having the winning bid on it and must be paid for on the same character you had the winning bid on. If you are going to pay on another character that was not the one who got the winning bid, please party with the T*T staff member doing the item transfers prior to switching characters and tell them in party chat which character you will be coming with to pay for the item. If you say the characters name in a public manner you risk someone else picking up your item as you. Any person winning a bid on an item without returning to pay for it will be banned from the auction house unless they have a good excuse for not showing up {It will be the choice of the auction staff weather an excuse is good enough or not}.

6. Guild Grudges are to stay in fel, this is a Malas Auction house, not a Fel Champ spawn. Do not argue or put each other down while at the auction wait until the auction is over and you are not on our roof to settle your personal problems with eachother.

7. Do NOT bid on anything if you do not have the gold for it.

8. Do NOT bid on an item that you do not want if the only reason you are bidding is to drive the price up for a friend, drive the price up on an enemy, or drive the price up on your own item. This is forbidden, we run a fair and honest establishment and will not tolorate this.

9. Griefing will not be tolorated, if you come to an auction with the intent to be nothing but negative at an auction, don't bother coming. We will page on anyone doing so for harrasment which could lead to an account banning not just banning from the auction house. Is griefing us really worth loosing your account?

10. Let the staff do their jobs, do not tell us what we should or should not do. All in all this is our auction house and I do believe the song goes "It's my party and I'll cry if I want to". Basically meaning reguardless of opinions expressed by our patrons we will do things they way we have been doing them unless WE feel need for a change.

And last but not least, please enjoy the auctions and events, and allow others to do so as well.

First Offence to any of these Rules: Verbal Warning
Second Offence: Booted From House
Third Offence: Banned From the House

The T*T Staff reserves the right to ban for any reason they find fit. If you have been banned for reasons you don't feel are fair you must appeal with the Owner, Darri Lien, and Co-Owner, Tovladian Soltyr. You may or may not be unbanned at that point depending on the cause of banning.

The 2nd rule list that has been updated is the submission rules which the updates are posted below:

Submissions will NOT be accepted during an auction, please wait until after.

Submissions will be accepted starting the day after the auction or right after the auction given we are not busy. The submission will only be accepted until the Thursdays @ 8PM EST the week of the auction (If we reach the lot max of 69 Lots before the turn in deadline then the submission accepted will be held over until the following week auction). This is so we have ample time to construct the list for the auction.

To Submit a lot, take the item that you wish to submit and place it into a Backpack or Bag {No pouches please}. Along with the item place a book with it that has the title being the item name, the your characters name as the "By" of the book, and on page 1 of the book list a method of contact info for you {This can be AIM, ICQ, E-mail, or Yahoo Messenger}, and the Min Bid you are willing to accept for the item. If you want to submit a set of items in one lot please place all items to be sold as a set in the bag with the book, otherwise all submission must have their own bag and book.

We will only accept a max of 5 Lots per person.

All checks will be paid to the submitters at their earliest convenience, a 5% Auctioning fee will be withdrew from each Lots total sale price for our services before the checks are paid out to the customer.

Any Unsold items can be held over for the following auction, or returned, which will be the sellers choice. Items will only be held over at the same min bid once, after that time the seller must lower the min bid for us to try to auction it again or take the item back and try their own means to sell the item or items for the price the seller is requesting.
