Number of "No Sales": We had 4 "No Sales" out of 70 submissions putting us at a 94.3% Sales Rate.

Highest Gold for an Item (doesn't count Mystery Box): The top selling lot this go around were the 11 Vesper Museum Major rewards for starting bid of 6 Mil, they sold for 10.5 Mil.

Lowest Gold for an Item: The lowest selling lot this go around was the Damage Increase Jewelry set that was submitted for a min bid of 10k and the set sold for 10k.

Difficaulties During the Auction: The only real problem during the auction was when we were to sell the Malas house that was just outside of the Northern Luna wall right at the end of the path. The winning bidder had stepped through a gate that went to the wrong house and they were bidding on the house that they saw. After the bidding was over and the winning bidder recieved the rune for the house and recalled to it he and we then found out that he was bidding on the wrong item. We offered him a full refund of his gold spent and he refused...we then asked him if that ment he wanted the house then and he refused. So the seller got the money and we are still trying to figure out at this point what to do with the Luna house and how to make up to the bidder the mistake that occured....by no fault of our own mind you, we didn't tell anyone to take the gates people were casting, we had a rune available that could have been recalled from. However it wasn't our fault that the error accured we would still like to make it up to the winning bidder cause that's just how we are .
