hmmmmmmmmmmm ive seen 4 diff colors but they not blessed are they made dupted or what

Yes. The dupe was done using the imprisoned dog. That hole has been closed by EA. Also, the dupes will revert to normal items in a later update.

I didn't want to give up too much info for there is still a semi working dupe going on.

There has been dupes since day one and will always be dupes. The GMs have enough on their plates to even worry about them atm so it is up to Wilki and other devs to sedate the public with vague promises regarding the future of them. I'm not saying they are not going to fiix them, I have full confidence in our dev team to make them regular robes or whatever they will do with them. It's just a fact of life in these games..all types not just uo. People will cheat and people will try to stop them. It's a vicious cyle that will never end. Punkbuster will help but the problem with dupes ( I am admittedly not an expert) is that it's not a 3rd party program it is cleverness of players in abusing in-game mechanics.
