What constitutes a rare? I have a valorite metal kite shield that is tan in color, " not dyed because even the edge is tan in color, dyed kite shields will show the color of the metal along the edge ". I also have a lot of charged weapons, with X number of charges like Feeble Mind. Are these things rare?

The sheild I think can still be done. Go on test shard and set blacksmith to 1000 whatever and go to ingots, select val and then hit the DO NOT COLOUR button. This will put the item at iron in colour, but give it Val resists. The best way to tell if that sheild is old/rare, is to count the resists on it. Used to be, a sheild that would have been kept would be one with a property that translated to having extra resists after AoS went active (thinks this is when it switched over) As for the charged weapons, they do not spawn anymore to my knowledge with the exeption of magic wands. So things that have charges like you mentioned would be 'rare' but not sure if they are truly valued just yet as there are probubly a BUNCH still sitting around hoping to be worth a buck or two. Another thing along these lines to look for are jewlery with charges (cloak boots ring earings braclet necklase all included) This follows the same timeline as the weapon, only reason I am mentioning it is that most people who have the weapons have this stuff in same general area when storing stuff.
