Look at the swing speed increase. 25. Where's the %?

Ohhh
I think you will find that on all weapons with swing speed now.
There are changes coming with publish 40 and that was probably part of the patch we got today.

Yup, the percentages on SSI are to be changed to "ticks", static numerical values that are always the same... which I think is good, since as it is a percentage benefits fast weapons a lot more. 30% of 42 is way more than 30% of 25, eh?

No, they changed everything with SSI on it to a number instead of a %. I made sure by looking at all my weaps, to see if it was just specific ones. The same %s apply though from what I have noticed

I think after proficiencies and everything in pub 40, there will no longer be much need for pre-patch crap. I think they will overhaul everything and it will all be the same

yeppers.. equal playing ground it seems, but all that nice stuff you used to use, dont get rid of it, cause I think once the new system fails, it will revert right back to how it was, and your once rare items will become rare again..
