Hi

are some of the Minor ToT Artis alot more rare/worth as the other ? It is better to sell the minors or turn them to pigments and sell the pigments ?

I know pigments are very valuable, indeed, though I don't think you can still turn-in items to get them. Maybe someone can chime in and let us know?

Yes you can still turn them in, in fact, I am considering turning in my complete collection of named urns although it is too bad that the pigments now are only 10 charges as I don't mind the muted shades that much.
