Newbie blessed with unlimited uses. How much do you think a miner would pay for it

Not much,

because even if you have a shovel without uses showing, it will still break. As a long time miner, I can recall when shovels/pickaxes were this way. But I guess if you can talk someone into parting with their gold, more power to you.

This is actually valuable to a treasure hunter, just for the nubie/blessed part. A great item to have on those multiple level 6 map dig nights! A shovel never wears out treasure hunting anyways. =P

Working my nubie shovel hard for 10 years now and not a scratch!!

Interesting point, Zavi. However, Jacob's Pickaxe is blessed and easily obtained through the mining quest in New Haven. It also gives a bonus to mining when equipped, so your non-miner t-hunter might get an extra square leeway when digging.
