by the Crimson Bands of Cytorak! how and where can i get even a sliver of a chance of getting an overseer saundered blade recipie?

Heartwood quests for smithing and plan on being there awhile otherwise plan on shelling out a pretty penny for it. check out the recipe link in FAQ baldguy has put together a nice one showing who to talk to

Ok i found the link ,but what i cant find yet is which metalweaver do i talk to ? of course ill keep on looking .
