Rare or not, insurable stat scroll???

Any value in a 20 stat scroll that is not cursed? Maybe I can go to Fel and tease thieves who think they can steal it, but it's been insured!! Got it from Napa Valley EM event, during a fight with Harrower in Trammel/Yew about a month ago. I'm not sure if a non-cursed scroll is common or not.

its the first ive heard of insurable ones......... i say its worth quite a pretty penny, just dont know how much. would you pls post a screeny of it?

Its worth no more than normal ones.................... its still only a +20 to be eaten

Its rare, yes, but the harrower doesn't usually drop scrolls in Trammel. Thats why its insurable. Champs also don't drop scrolls in Trammel. It will have been an event special. The reason will have been to stop guilds raiding the spawn and PKing to get the scrolls.
