Perhaps someday I will return and findout, but I think I will pay Hemi's a visit on Europa looking for rares.

Oh yeah, hemi's the one that hates my friend. My friend got more customers then him and earned more money at the time and rubbed it in his face. Then he got scammed and quit

Sorry to hear your friend quit. There are a few places I visit for rares. Hemi's is the name that I remember the most, but there is a place outside skara that has a great selection.

Hemi is very over priced though. Two's company is around aswell, a bit over priced aswell. The place in luna (or maybe it was outside skara) where there is like 3 buildings next to each other that looks the same with vendors. Pretty good place. Bought a really cheap +25 stat scroll there for john

I am usually after rares and most the time cost is not an issue.

The most expensive thing I bought was that stat scroll. And I still haven't recovered ^^

No they are not hard. Its just a matter of taking them away from the ones who summoned it.
