looking for a price check on a rare

i have a feather cap named "A Verite Feathered Cap" and was wondering if anyone could estimate what it is worth. im sorry i dont have a picture but it is in the same category as the Verite Wizards Hat locked down in the MOA auction house on GL.

They are anywhere from 8 to 15 mill, and if it is on GL I would be interested in purchasing it.
