are you sure it is not for a pick pocket dip? which would be a training dummy under carpentary skill? If that is the case then the answer is zero.

No, this is without a doubt the deed for the little one houses that came complete with a pickpocket dip in them (much like the smithing house deed you were able to buy WAY back in the day).

Its a very sensitive item, that's why it's pretty rare.
If you put it in the bank, close and open your box, its gone.
If it's in a pack on server reset, it's gone.
If it's in a container that is opened and closed, it's gone.

Well, not gone, it gets converted into a housing placement tool.

It is on the Chesapeake shard.

They were discontinued very early in UO's life, I believe around mid-1999, even though other homes were continued to be offered via deed. House placement tool didn't debut til AoS. The Pickpocket's Den was one of the standard smaller house designs but featured a pickpocket dip in the center of the main room(perhaps before you could make them via crafting).

I would say it's particularly valuable and might be one-of-a-kind on your shard.

Don't forget: If you cross-shard it, it also poofs into a placement tool.

nice, I completly forgot about them. well it really only has value on your shard since it can not be transferred. and unless it can be locked down and displayed i think the value would be lower. I do not even know where to begin to place a price on an item like that.

I know where to begin, and that's putting in an auction for not less than 10 million gold starting bid. Having been the banker for the Pacific Auction House for a while now I can tell you I've never seen one come through. I know what they are, my first house came as a deed, a "training hut" which has 2 training dummies installed. I think is may be unique to your shard, a true rares collector will love it. Just let them know all the caveats:]

OMG I just nearly had a heart attack! I have a deed to a blue tent and i moved into a new house a few days ago and didnt unpack anything... left it in the crates. Thank god it was still there.
