When you look at jewlery goes like this.
who whats it ya.. so it has good stats that is nice but what else?

12 hit chance nice but does it have other things?
1/3 nice but what else?
20+ di?
Skills 13+?
If it is for warriors hit/def nice but anything else?

ok has hit/damn inc? even nicer could be 1.2 million or so
ok has hit/def and di even better could be 3-6 million or so
ok has hit/def, di, and lmc wow almost best or could be the best could be 8 to 13 million or so
ok has hit/def, di, and fc wow could be almost best too but this is for 4/6 could be 15 to 20+ million or so
ok has hit/def, di, lmc, and fc this could be best for sure item. 25+ million or so

goes off stats how many 1st one was like 2 or 3 up to 5 next it is what people need to have, skill, or stat.

if it is a 1/3 does it have lmc, lrc, or even hit?

the more stats on it most times means more money... but kinds of stats I hope this helps ya little.

Good luck seon, pretty much any item that doesn't have atleast 3 good properties that compliment eachother at around 70-80% intensity (minimum) won't be good for much.
