I've never seen it before either. It may be from the neat items & content that Europa GM's would add way back when.

if you hover you curser over "snow" when you log in, it says "a dirt patch" in 2d. of course yours is just a dirt patch and is insured instead of blessed. i would have to say its worth ALOT to the right person.

No those are worth 3 mil at best .. Keep looking you should be able to get one for a mil or less

Someone in the rares forum on Stratics wrote that they are rare loot off of Lord Oaks (champ, Fel - not Ilsh)... can't say I would have tried it out though and if there are PKs it might not cost you an arm and a leg, but your head instead.

Truth. That's where I got mine. The dirt patch does still drop off Oaks in fel.
