I would appreciate any feed back on this.

The shield is useless i think, its no SC. And a good non SC shield also needs HCI to be worth something.

bracelet has lots of mods, but dunno what template could make good use of it.

what makes the shield worthless is the reflect phys if you're gonna use it for pvp...for pvm I guess it'd be ok. the no sc doesn't hurt it unless you're talking for a mage only...for a weapon/necro or a regular warrior, it's fine because it helps with chiv/necro casting, and gives the dci boost...don't have any idea on a price, just what a warrior might need/be willing to pay for it.

the bracelet doesn't seem to have enough in one or 2 things to be very useful, so I don't think it'd go for much

A Shield with FC1, DCI10 and HCI10 arent hard to come by and is better than a shield with 15 DCI alone.
Of course some warriors might still find it useful, but in terms of $$$, the shield is kinda useless thats what i meant.
