Whats it worth?

So i have a fell grass area old style keep to sell. Lots of junk inside, decent magic weapons etc that i dont want to sort out. Can anyone tell me what an old style keep in fell goes for these days on the Europa shard please?

Edit: Its unblocked and very near ice dungeon fell.

I just sold a tram Keep on Ice Isle Napa for 35mill empty..

Have sold an empty Trammel keep (except for the tree under the back skywalk) on Napa for 50 mil around a year ago. If there is a good population on your shard, values should continue to rise due to inflation, and land isn't dupable!
