West wall over-hanging the plot?

Hi,

A friend of mine just recently placed a house next to mine and after he had started to customize it he noticed that the west wall wasn't lining up on the border of the plot but actually seemed to be slightly hanging over it.

A few days later I placed a new plot and experienced the same thing.

I can't post any pics at the moment, he dropped his back down to a plot and I went with a old skool pre-built home....but I was wondering if this is a side effect of the "re-size" option for housing now?

I might jump on TC and see if It happens there, if it does I'll post some pics.

That's actually normal from what I've seen, but then again, I only have two houses, and one is non-customizable.

So I have one customizable house and its walls are slightly to the west of the base of the house. But it doesn't interfere with the "living" area, so I'm not concerned about the why.

Depends on the foundations you use. If this is the problem that is normal.
