why does no one play 3d?

2d looks so damn corny and cartoonish - this gives it defition...

I play 2d cause I feel it runs smoother and I believe UO should be more about content then graphics. There used to be certain reason for me to be in 3d, but Shift+dbl-click to buy full stack off npc vendors works in 2d now.


I still remember my first day in Third Dawn, going to compassion moongate... lagging when I saw a Ratman on my warrior. Lost connection but wasn't too worried cause I kill ratmen in a hit or two. When I got back in game, I was dead. Realized later on that it might have been a Ratman Archer or a Ratman Mage, and I couldn't tell because I could no tell a colour diff.
