unique Catskills Fel House

I have a unique Catskills FEL house, which was placed under the old housing rules. It is south of Trinsic, and I'm needing to sell it, find a conservator for it.

It was uniquely placed when the server started, so if i let it drop, then ... it's gone FOREVER!

Check out the picture, let me know if you have any suggestions.....

Pic is busted. Is it in a guardzone or something? I think I remember this vaguely...in a shrine type location maybe?
