So many amazing designs in this thread! Here's a small house I've got, just southeast of the healer in Felucca - Minoc on Europa. It's not very big or original, but it is close to the town and the moongate.

I tried to make it look like the small cottages in the area

This was the Iantown Massage Parlor on Siege. I torn it down so I could upgraded to a keep, but I still miss this house.

This is a house I designed for a friend. I never finished decorating it. This is one of my favorite houses that I have designed.

Not all of them are decorated and I need to clean some stuff up thats just kinda laying around but most of them are done. The first one is my Pride and Joy the Blue Light Tavern on Chesapeake and I have others after that.

Next is the Savage Fort I designed and decorated for the T-T tribe on Chesapeake. Its down the road from the BLT. (I guess I should just say all the houses are either next to eachother or down the road from eachother. Tokuno Islands, Homare-Jima Moongate Chesapeake Shard. PaxOku City)

Just and orc Fort I threw together. Ive changed the plot three times today hehe

The graveyard in Kijustsu Anei Village, PaxOku City. I did the design and decorated with the fire deamons and Gravestones. Also the crypt in the back. Bam Bam of Whispering Rose Radio did the rest. *Oh ya if you wanna stalk Bam Bam now you know where she lives!!!*

The Blue Light Play House. Decorated and designed by me. The sets change with every play so the stage is always changing.Few things I have to buy for decoration as you can tell

Last but not lest the OkuC Crafters Hall. Vendor mall on the bottom floor. Was going for a Classic Brit Smith look but I have to use tokuno walls hehe.
