Question ownership question....

with all the recent "dupers" houses falling, my guild mate ran across a keep plot, problem is that he had just placed a different house a few days before(and there for could not place for a few more days)so i threw the keep down for him(even though i have a house). i have two questions for you knowledgeable peeps: first, i have 7 days to trade one of them correct? and the second is, i can trade the one i just placed..... and my old one go back to being automatic refreshed, correct?

Re: ownership question....

The old one will decay. Only way to save it is: Trade it to your friend before it falls. Then after the seven day timer you trade the keep for your old house.
