Owner, Co-owner Question

OK, this gets asked all the time, I know, but I can never quite remember how it works!!

I have an account that owns a house on Atlantic.

I have a second account that owns a house on Lake Austin.

Can the owner of the Atlantic house be a co-owner on the LA house?

(Both accounts have characters on both shards).

I think its one co-own per char...not totally sure tho...

I'm pretty sure you can own a house & be a co-owner of another.

You can, my friend Dark Monk has a house near me and is co-owner of my house.

Aye it is one ownership per acct ... and one co ownership per character ...
so if you have 6 characters on an account, those six characters can co-own 6 different homes but the account can only own one home.

Awesome - I set those other characters as co-owners, and it worked as described. Nothing got condemned and all is well! Thanks!

small warning =Þ (as of last time I checked)
You are limited to how many co owners there can be on a house. Just like there should be a limit to how many people you can ban and I think Friend to a house as well.

That's OK, I only need 2 co-owners

They were both allowed to go on there, so luckily for me the limit is more than two!
