OSI Houses

on the atlantic shard i have came across quite a few houses with the owner name OSI. now i know you can have multiple as long as you refresh but the question is how they refresh without manually refreshing. so far 2 have been idoc and both times they refreshed without a person being there to manually refresh which puts the question in my mind of how? maybe i'm just a noob and i'm missing something but any input helps! =P

I've seen several of these OSI-owned houses and wondered about them, too. The ones I've seen all have the name Demolition Pending (or something to that effect), but I've never seen any of them be demolished.

i have one by my house in malas on GL too.... it is a mystery.

If I remember correctly these houses are owned by OSI/EA This is what would happen back in the old days when an account got banned. The house would go to OSI in case there were any implications of the Ban. People for years have been looking for these houses to fall. I think I have seen a thread here or on Stratics that was asking for the coordinates of these houses, but its obvious that nothing has been done.

After replying to the original post, I went out to check on some of the OSI-owned houses I know about. According to the bulletin board on one, demolition has been pending since '06.

You hafta wonder why they haven't demolished these things by now.

that's a huge ongoing ordeal, and one of the things that's 'supposed' to be addressed in the upcoming housing publish. *crosses fingers* along with the houses placed on 'trial' accounts that never seemed to fall when the trial was up...

hmm i see yeah hopefully that is fixed because there a quite a few nice plots that are held up
