Hi,

OK, I have a House just outside of Yew on Europa (see below) and I want to find a much larger place partly for storage because as you can see from the pics I don;t have any room, partly so I can display the many rares I have dating back 8 years !! and also so I can really build something good.

So my questions are:-

1/ Can you own two houses ?, I know you couldn't in the past but wondered if anything has changed since I returned.

2/ On the assumption you can't own two houses, how the hell to you get a new one and move all your stuff ??

3/ Is there a guide by someone of how to do the whole move thing ?

Any help is appriciated, thanks.

depending on teh shard u play on u should be able to get 2 houses, just look a nice place and build the house (buy house tool from an architect and place it with that). now get ureself a beetle or a caravan of pack-pets put ure items in there and go to ure house, now unpack them.

OK, do you know which ahrds you can have 2 houses on, ie can you have 2 houses on Europa ?

Nope you can't have two houses on any shard, unless you have 2 accounts. Or kept grandfathered houses.

As soon as you place a new house, your old one will be condemned. And you will have 7 days (?) to move everything to your new house. That should be enough time if you've got packies.

eshezo you can't have two houses at this time on any production shard .

So to answer your question. Once you build/trade/buy a new home you have less then seven days to clear out your old one. Anything that is in the house after that time will drop to the ground (unless you sell/trade/give it to someone else).

As to how to move it.. lots and lots of packies (if you have any good friends that comes in handy too ).

This is part of my delema because my house is worth GP and it makes sense to sell it and then get another, Hmmm thinking out load if I opened another account and sold the house to a new char that I create, then give my main account chars access to it, I could then presumably get a new house move everthing in my own time and then sell the old one and close the temporary account !

Does that sound crazy or logical ?

just transfer house to 2nd account, move stuff over time and than sell it or keep it (whatever u wanted), srry for the 2 house thing, i tought u could have 2 houses aslong u keep refreshing them (only owen 1 house they dont nee refreshing but when u have 2 u need to). used to work for me anyway. but my shardrules are different probably. or I am just verry luckey they didn't decaded jet XD. beetles come in handy when u going to move ure stuff... packhorses only when there blessed so u can recall or sanctum from ure houses easilly. (making the walk probaby get them killed and u will losse some items i gues).
