This is my hubbys house i did for him as he has rejoined uo and so i made him a lovely house.

we decorated it together

I wish i had the enthusiasm to decorate a house like that my house a big plain three story 16x16 which consist of, First floor: artifacts and other espensive stuff on tables EVERYWHERE, second floor,powerscrolls everywhere stacked by type, and third floor has chests labeled for armor,jewlery,weapons,and other random loot lined along the walls,the rest of the third floor is pretty plane besides a couple thrones side by side i use the third floor for dueling mostly

Gorgeous! I'm always amazed at people's abilities to combine wall types. I've never seen this combo and it looks fantastic. My hat is off to Kimmy!!

TY, I worked realy hard on the deco but without my wifes wounderfull house building would not have been possible.

Kimmy,the house is sumptious as are all your designs.

I have had the pleasure and honor of housing some of my UO characters in many of your wonderful designs.

My favourite is still Agnes store in Vesper though.

Well it is my regetful duty to inform you hunny that the morter & pestle apothecary is no more *sniffles* esca wanted a more useful building so i am in the process of remodeling

Wow, it never ceases to amaze me how talented people like yourselves can get so much useful space out of their designs. I have an 18x18 spot, with a house footprint taking nearly the entire space, and don't seem to have half the usable space as this one does! The fountains and entryway out front are wonderful. I love the design and deco!
