My New house ( Attempt 1)

That's looks very nice. I like the rocks in the waterfall/pond, very nice touch. I really like your use of the roof tiles for the trees and bushes. A lot of folks are overdoing them pretty bad. I know I did in one design

The alchemy room with the Pixie is nicely done too. Good mix of the old table/new table.

One question though. The first picture shows you going up the stairs to the door...what is below that? (seems to be a missing floor) That could be a good place for a stable or a dungeon.

My only problem is with the fish tank....I really think the water bucket would look better at my house! (I know they have been rare, but is that a new item now??)

I love it! *makes mental note to steal a few ideas* Btw... where are people getting these trees such as you have in your yard. I've seen them on other people's houses in game as well.

Yer right! I had posted the original bottom floor in the house contest but I'll show it here for ya. :grin: And no, the water bucket I have had for a long time now.

And to answer your question Spyder, the trees are created using a post from the log set of building tiles and the foliage is made using the new elven roof tiles.

Very nice! The top floor is definitely my favorite...feels some homey and inviting, with a beautiful little sitting garden.

I love the first house. The roof top sanctuary area is fantastic. As for the trees if you want a different look you can use the Log Post from the housing design tool and then plants and grass tilest he next level up to create some nice looking trees. The first pic is a picture of a completed tree. The second picutre is a view of how to set up the floor tiles so u can stack the plants on top of them.

You dont even have to use grass tiles because with current deco rules you can go in after you plave your plants on the second level and delete the tele tiles and floor tiles all together leaving your plants just floating there. I would just fool around with it for a while its not to hard and you can use a wide variety of the plants to give your tree a different feel.
