Is it possible to move all the items in my house to the moving crate? I just customized my house and got all sorts of boxes floating around and even got 5 of them on a roof i cant reach :S

Another way you can fix it is to unlock those "stuck" items (which you can do even from a distance), then go into customize mode and back out of customize mode. Those items should drop beneath your house sign. Gotta be careful if you're in a neighborhood of people who might try to take your stuff for the moment it's sitting there out in the open, but other than that, it works.

Ojmy! this may be a good way to get my shied deed into the crate.

Every time that I redo my house after I get the design just the way that I want it in customize mode I back up the new design then exit without committing. I then pack up each of my rooms into one piece of furniture that I will recognize as belonging to that one room. Most of the time all of my designs each have a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a crafting room etc... I move that one container to the NW corner of the room that it is in. Then I go back into customize mode and instead of using the design that I am currently wanting to change to, I use the current visible design and place a corner wall piece into the NW corner of each room that I just packed up and then commit. When I commit those corner pieces being placed over all my "moving boxes" make all the boxes get sent to my moving crate. I run through the house and make sure everything got sent. Then I go back into customize mode and restore my backed up design and commit. Now I have the house design that I have been working on and all my things are in the moving crate. Now just go room to room and you can set each "moving box" out into the corresponding room or area and then unpack them from there. :cheesy: If you have labeled containers and/or can recognize each "moving box" it goes pretty fast. It only takes me about 40 minutes or so to "pack and then unpack" my house each time I redesign and the one thing that I really like about packing everything in to the storage crate is that if I make a completely crazy design and say don't have that kitchen and bathroom and whatever other room in the new design then I simply leave those "moving boxes" in the storage crate and don't worry about unpacking them! This way works so well for me. It is much better than the last way I used to do it when I first starting playing 4 years ago and that was to carry everything in boxes to the first floor ( with so many heavy items and going over teleporters.....ugh...), move it all into the storage crate with corner pieces, redesign the house, then unload the storage crate all back into the first floor, then carry everything one by one back to where it belonged. I don't know why I thought I could only do all the packing and unpacking on the first floor???? silly me....such a newb.... Anyway, I hope that helps you some.
