Malas to Felucca

hello im an old Noob wo recently returned to game after a 3 year hiatus

I was fortunate enough to place a 16 x 12 home in Malas but now that I have been back for a month I think Id like to go back to Felucca as I feel I have gotten my land legs back and as an old school Role player its rule set makes me feel more at home.

So the questions I pose are is how would a homes value in Malas compare to that of a comparable size one in/near Yew?

If you can get the same size lot in Yew, Felucca, it would be worth its virtual weight in gold.

With Yew being the Pvp central on most shards, I suspect property to be highly valued there.
